CLB in TMS320F28379D

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28379D

In TMS320F28379D we found CLB block.
In Position Manager symbol library we can read that TMS320F28379D has 4 CLB blocks, they have own XBAR, configured LUT3, as well as registers or triggers.

Can we get detail description of this block?

  • Vladamir,

    As the datasheet says,

"TI uses the CLB to offer additional interfacing and control features for select C2000 devices. Functions that would otherwise be accomplished using external logic devices are now provided by on-chip TI solutions."

These are TI solutions and we do not make the inner-workings of CLB available to customers.  If you have a use case for the CLB that you are interested in TI providing, feel free to contact me directly with that idea and we can add it to our list of future CLB projects if it is not already comprehended.

Thanks for your interest in C2000(tm) MCUs!
