TMS320F28377S: TMS320F28377S Programming From XDS100v2 Issue

Hi, 

I am working on the TMS320F28377S DSP, i have tested my code on the LAUNCHPAD F28377S and its work correctly, but now i am trying to programming new TMS320F28377S PCB card by same code, but i am seeing  always same error on CCS, like these ;

This is my new DSP card schematic ; 

I saw that the bigger filters were used when I looked at the F28377S LAUNCHPAD, do I have to use more filters on new DSP card ?
