LVACIMTR: Large Deviations between motor id and datasheet (LVACIMTR)

Part Number: LVACIMTR

Hello everyone,

I'm investigating different sensorless observers with the DRV8312-69M-Kit and the LVACIMTR, My program works, but there's some problems with dynamic behaviour and on the steady state speed there's an offset of about 20-40 rpm. I think this has something to do with parameter mismatch. What concerns me is that the motor id (with lab02a) gives significantly different values than are specified in the LVACIMTR datasheet.

As shown in the pictures especially USER_MOTOR_Ls_d and USER_MOTOR_Rr have large deviations. From instaSPIN id:

From the LVACIMTR datasheet: I remember that these values also created a "USER_ErrorCode_iqFullScaleVoltage_V_Low", which is puzzling since it is my understanding that USER_IQ_FULL_SCALE_VOLTAGE_V has to be equal to Vbus and LVACIMTR should be compatible with DRV8312-69M. Therefore it seems as if the id'd USER_MOTOR_Ls_d is more realistic

:

The problem is if I use the estimated parameters, the offset problem doesn't get better at all. Can someone help me find out which are the real parameters? Perhaps the LVACIMTR manufacturer changed something, or I'm making a mistake.

Thanks in advance.
