Hello,

using FOC control with TMS320F28052F and DRV8301 (three-phase current sensing) on a PMSM, we try to verify our system is safe by summing phase currents to have zero.

However, can you confirm please that phase current sum is not equal to zero when motor is braking (still pwm controlling with InstaSpin)?

Is it also true when we do position control (pwm control with InstaSpin to get a fixed position)?
