i want to develop sinewave ups from 600va to 3000va for this i am using 800VA Pure Sine Wave Inverter’s Reference Design SLAA602A. this design uses TMS320F280270

i am new to TMS320F280270 . i am in need of launch/development kit for the above chip. i have come across TMS320F28027 Experimenter Kit. can i use this kit for prototype development. is there any difference between TMS320F280270 and TMS320F28027.

can i get launch kit for TMS320F280270 for my prototype development.

can i use BQ24650 Reference output voltage 3.3v to drive the TMS320F280270 ? can the BQ24650 support current requirement of TMS320F280270

50Hz 800va transformer pin out mention terminal 1-4, 5-6, 7-8 BUT terminal 2-3 no where it is used why.

i want bill of material for 800va reference design along with pcb layout that can be opened in ORCAD

Mohan,

F280270 and F28027 share the same architecture. The differences are fairly minimal (F2802x0 devices generally have slower frequency, fewer peripherals, and less memory than the F2802x devices). Since the architecture is the same, you should be able to develop F280270 code using either the F28027 launchpad (LAUNCHXL-F28027) or experimenter kit (TMDSDOCK28027).

I suspect that the battery charging circuitry in BQ24650 is not ideal for providing a constant, regulated supply voltage to the device. You can check with the Battery Management Forum to confirm.
