Could you please elaborate, what exact document/certificate or content you are looking for with regards to these devices?

Do you have an sample 'volatility document' to help me better understand the requirement?

Hi Gabe,

Creation of a Statement of Volatility is not standard practice for C2000 ICs. It appears that generally this is more necessary for boards, and we are not aware of a need for ICs specifically.

Discussing offline we were not able to get enough justification to work on creating one, for this case.
