There are many test points. The board is designed such that various blocks are designed as macros and their inputs and outputs are brought out on test points. If you are looking at, for example, a pwm input to the inverter, look at the input section of the inverter section (M4) of PCB and likewise for other signals.
The code is organized in various build levels, introducing a piece of the whole pie in each build level, eventually integrating all pieces in the final build. You may need to spend some time to get a hold of the hardware and software.

Where can I find the schematics of the board?

If you have controlsuite installed, look at

I am trying to locate the PWM test points where I can see the signals on the gates on a scope. I see the users guide and the hardware reference guide. Both do not have the schematic or the information that helps me that I am able to locate.

Look for a folder within the one that i sent earlier, that reads 'IDDK_HwDevPkg_r2.2.1', I hope it is intuitive to look for schematic information.

Btw, IDDK uses IPM and therefore you will not see the gate pulses on the inverter switches, however, you should be able to see the pulses going into gate driver of the IPM.

Look at section 3.8.2 in the hardware guide. The test points are basically the pinouts of the block M4. Some of the pinouts are PWM pulse inputs.
