When a DC voltage supply is connected to the PV input via JP3 and TP13, the board appears to have a short circuit at the input. Applying an input voltage draws a large amount of current; when 0.5 V was provided, the board drew over 0.5 A. My assumption is some component on the board malfunctioned. How could I go about discovering the cause of this problem?
