Hi,

TMS320F28377D recommend voltages are "1.14V<VDD<1.26V" and "3.14V<VDDIO<3.47V",

Controlcard uses TPS3702CX33 and TPS3702CX12,

They monitor voltages may be 3.0V<TPS3702CX33<3.6V and 1.09V<TPS3702CX12<1.25V .

Is there any risk when "1.09V<VDD<1.14V" , "1.25V<VDD<1.26V" , "3.00V<VDDIO<3.14V", "3.47V<VDDIO<3.60V"?

Simen,

in the controlCARD design we have the SET pin pulled high so we are tripping when the 1.2V rail is outside of 1.15v - 1.25v or when the 3.3v rail is outside of 3.23v - 3.37v.

These ranges are smaller than the device limits so you should be OK. If you do not pull the SET pin high the limits would be too wide, do not do this.
