Hello

I want to enquire if ADS131M08EVM is compatible with Launchxl-F28379D when connected as BoosterPack.

Adding to the query,

1. Are there available codes for interfacing the launchpad the ADS board?

2. Can I derive simultaneous waveforms collected from ADS, using Simulink or LabView in realtime?

3. Can I develop a standalone system using the above-mentioned boards?

    Hi Mohammed,

    You're meaning if you populate J11 and J12 on the ADS131 board? You'll have to verify the pinout with that of the LAUNCHXL-F28379D headers to verify compatibility.

    You can find the LaunchPad pinout in the Quick Start Guide and refer to the device datasheet for more info on the signals:

    No, I don't believe there is any software for C2000 and the ADS board.

    Hi kevin,

    As you have mentioned the pinouts in ADS, for the J11 and J12 pins, what do you mean by DNP? Are there readymade slots for connection, or do we have to solder the pins, before we plug these pins to the launchpad?

    Hi Ahmed,

    DNP means "Do Not Populate". You'll have to acquire and solder on the component yourself. That or solder a wire to the respective pads.
