Dear Sirs.
We, Mareton d.o.o. firm, Croatia, Zagreb deals with power electronics devices productions and developing of same; power sources, ups, etc. I’m a senior engineer for a new generation of inverters in ups. I’d like to ask you for some help.
Technical data:
UPS, double conversion topology dc-dc-ac, power of unit S=3kVA, cosφ >0.8, output grid, single phase, 230V-50Hz, control bypass device. Input, dc 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V battery. For each battery another dc-dc type. While inverter is the same for any type.
Special requests; parallel operation, or single inverter which has to operate synchronized with the grid, and others inverters autonomy (has own protections, on-off switching, and can activate well-defined fuses in itself branch... so it has no output current limit but the components are dimensioned to keep the short circuit branch current). The number of parallel “Lego parts” is not limited, which has to be able to increase the power capacity of ups output. But the service is equal, unique inverter, and service components.
We have in testing, with expected results, models realized with adequate power components, and control electronics realized with discrete techniques (op amp, logic etc).
In att I send schemas. Tests were done with control, without closed-loops. For regulations, we made simulations and got expected results.
What do we need?
In this project, we cooperate with University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER).
Expecting your answer and help we remain your faithfully

Hi Zelimir,
As a system engineer, I can not provide a specific design or consultation on the system.
Once you finalize your H/W design and figure out the MCU specification (# of ADCs, PWMs, communications), then you can reach out to this board and get some help from the Marketing/Sales expert on the quote on the MCU..
You can use Code generation from Simulink or PLECS and it will implement the system block in the simulation on MCU. As long as you have the correct license, you can use this option as much as you can and get the technical support.
It is hard to find the exact reference design for your application but TIDM-HV-1PH-DCAC can be used as both grid-tied and off-grid applications.
Best,
John
