Hi, TI's engineer, I bought your company's hvpm development kit (tmdshvmtrpfckit), which needs to use HFI / IPD library. I learned that this library needs to be obtained from dealers. I inquired about our dealers, and dealers replied: Ti requires end customers to contact them directly for communication. Please contact Ti through the following ways:

Note: The supplier offers the E2E forum, https://e2e.ti.com/ , for technical support. If the customer is unsure if the board/IC is actually defective or if they may have a setup/application issue then please post their question/problem on the forum to obtain TI technical support.

    You might contact the TI local sales or FAEs of your region, they could help you to get this library and the related support. You can find related technical supporting documentation about the board or IC on the TI website, and you can post your question on E2E if you still have any questions.

    I have received a link. Our online technical support does not have this library. You should continue to reply to him on E2E, saying that there is no local sales or FAE, and ask him to provide relevant library.

    Sorry. We can't provide the library to you on E2E personally. You have to contact the local sales and FAEs, and you must provide the related information about your company and applications to them.

    Yes, it's not a public release for all of the users, so you have to contact TI sales/FAEs for HFI/IPD library as the comments in the project. Sorry, I can't provide other ways to you.

    Btw, the HFI/IPD library only supports an IPM motor with an obvious saliency ratio, it doesn't work on an SPM motor.
