im yashar R&D electronic engineer from Teknoline company.

a month ago we start to design our new inverter by using Tida-01606 ref.

so we buy Two TMDSCNCD28379D dev board.

one of them get program and debug but as soon as connect it to the Tida-01606 board its burned,

first we think its the problem with Tida-01606 board but after a week pcb control we cant find any problem so

try the second TMDSCNCD28379D board its work well on same Tida-01606.

is it possible to change the burned one under warranty.

Dear customer,

This board contains sensitive electronics that are easily damaged by ESD/EOS. Such damages are not covered under warranty and your only recourse may be to buy a new board. It is extremely important that these boards are handled in a ESD controlled environment, following all industry-standard ESD handling precautions.

Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects only. In any case, I suggest you work with your TI Field Applications Engineer (FAE) or Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to explore your options.
