TIDM-1008: Suitable EnDat interface design for F28335 MCU as CLB not available

Hi,

I would like to know whether this EnDat TIDM-1008 interface suitable for TMS320F28335 MCU. If possible will you please provide the suitable EnDat interface with F28335 MCU.

As F28335 MCU doesn't have CLB will using EnDat increases latency?

Hello,

We do not have anything readily available to help enable an absolute encoder interface on this device.

Please see this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/t/927636 which discusses the possibility of running EnDAT 2.2 on the F28069. The discussion also applies to F28335.
