Hello,

I searched for TMS320F28069M (instaspin motion) part on digikey and found that they only have LQFP package.

however, TI website show this part is available as -Q1.

Can you please let me know if TMS320F28069M-Q1 is the automotive version rating for 125c ambient with HTQFP package?

Thanks for reaching out to the E2E forums. You are correct, the -Q1 device is the automotive rated variant of the F28069M.

It is available in both the 80 pin and 100 pin HTQFP(Thermally Enhanced Thin Quad Flatpack).

You should be able to purchase in quantity from TI.com, but I've also given the digikey link below as well.

The Order-able Part Numbers(OPN) are
