I want to use LAUNCHXL-F28379D with the BOOSTXL-3PhGaNInv to achieve frequent positive and negative rotation of the motor.

How much frequency can this achieve?is it depends on frequency of PWM? current loop?speed loop? position loop? so If Ti has similar firmware to reference?

Can you take a look at https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-02007? That TI design supports both the LAUNCHXL-F28379D and BOOSTXL-3PHGANINV which you want to use.

I have both the evm.

I just want to control motor frequently positive and negative rotation using these EVM. So I want to know if there are TI open source firmware to reference?

The software of the reference design Gus mentioned above is open source. You can find the reference design code in motorControlSDK if you download and install this software.
