SM320F28335-EP: BSDL file for GJZ package

Hi Team,

Our customer is looking for the correct BSDL file of SM320F28335GJZMEP. In the design tools & simulation page, there is PGF, ZHH, ZJZ and PTP which according to the customer are not suitable for the GJZ package. Can you please confirm if we have a BSDL file for GJZ package?

Hi Danilo,

I'm checking with our design team if the BSDL file for 176 BGA (GJZ) is available. This may take some time due to time zone difference but will hopefully get back to you next week with more details.

Hi Danilo,

SM320F28335GJZMEP is the high reliability equivalent of TMS320F28335ZJZ one of the differences between the parts is mainly leaded and non-leaded ball composition. With that, customer should be able to use the ZJZ BSDL file for GJZ package.
