RD-195 arc detection evaluation board

Hi there,

I am a customer who purchased the SM73201-ARC-EV/NOPB which is also called RD-195 arc detection evaluation board, I have question regarding use of this product:

1. In the description, it is a "programmable" chip. But when I connect it using JTAG (which is verified with no problem with other chip), the emulator connection always fails. Is it because of protection for the secure code and so the connection is shut down? Then how can I program it?

2. How can I get access to the "Arc Detection Library" mentioned in the data sheet? Seems it is a software package that we need to request, but I've request it for a week with no response, nor can I found any one in the technical group for this product through TI customer service.

I want to use this board to modify the code for digital signal processing inside, so I chose this product to use its other modules like data acquisition and ADC. But I want to write my own code inside 28033 embedded in this board. Is this feasible?

Much thanks!
