Switch EPWMxA and EPWMxB in HAL

I'm currently working with the TMS320F28069 on a custom board. For layout the low and high pwm signals to the DRV8301 are switched. EPWMxA connects to the low side of the inverter and EPWMxB to the high side as shown in the figure. This is the opposite of the setup in the HAL configuration.

 

Is it possible to change the signals in the MOTORWARE library? My hope is that I can change the ADCSOC trigger from A to B and somehow switch the comparators generating the epwm signal. I cannot determine how to do the second part. Any help that can be provided is greatly appreciated.
