Hello,

I have recently bought TMDSDCDCLEDKIT I followed the manual to run the GUI software but my computer can not communicate with the driver. It says can not connect. Can you suggest me what can i do? Do have any other module which clearly defines the procedure? CCS v4 is also installed.

    Did you use the quick start guide (QSG-Lighting_DCDC.pdf) and follow the steps? A copy is attached.

    Yes sir, I followed every step in QSG I downloaded control SUITE and CCS4 provided with the kit. But when I try to connect it with the GUI provided in flash drive it does not connect. And one thing more there is no light blink on the control card when I insert it in the main board, not even power light!!! Please help me in this regard

    Hello,

    Have you gotten any further with this?

    There are two major paths for evaluating this kit - (1) connecting with the GUI over SCI and (2) connecting to CCS via JTAG.  Both have separate jumper/switch configurations.  Which are you trying to do at the current time?

    Also note that you should be utilizing the software/schematics/etc put into controlSUITE.  There have been updates to the package since the USB flash drive was written.  The directory for information on the TMDSDCDCLEDKIT is:
    \controlSUITE\development_kits\Lighting_DCDC_v2.2\

    With regards to your note about the power light not coming on:  When your DC power jack is plugged into [M1]-JP1, does [M1]-LD2 turn on?
