TMS320F280049: What will happen if ADCCLK is configured over 50Mhz?

Part Number: TMS320F280049

Hi team,

In F280049 datasheet, the max ADCCLK is 50Mhz. However, it met the situation several times that customer did not notice this and chose a ADCCLK higher than 50Mhz.

Thus, I am writing to ask what will happen if the clock is not properly set?

Weiqi,
In this case the ADC is considered to be operating outside of specification and no electrical parameters of the ADC are guaranteed.
