My customer find XRSn pin's internal pull up ability varies with ambient temperature.

Could you give us equivent circuit of XRSn's internal pull up part?

Could you show us the relationship (data or graph) between Ipullup and temperature?

Sheldon,

I have seen a few XRSn and pull-up questions from you over the past few weeks. I'm not sure why your customer is having so many issues with this. Are they using the external pull-up requirement we have in the datasheet?
