TMDSCNCD28335: TMS320F2833x's package

Hello,

Can you please advise which package of TMS320F2833x is used in the control card board? In the BOM, there are two packages listed:

TMS320F2833x (TI) SMD (176 BGA "ZJZ") or (176 pin LQFP "PGF" package (non socketed))

    Hi Elisha,

    What is currently being manufactured is a controlCARD which contains an F2833x in the 176 BGA package.

    We had a brief time around 2012 where we were manufacturing the F2833x controlCARD with an F2833x that had the LQFP package.  Note that using a controlCARD with either package should not significantly impact evaluation of the device family.
