Hi,

We have an example in controlSUITE where a TMS320F28027 is communicating as a DMX512 slave. Please see:
\controlSUITE\development_kits\TMDSIACLEDCOMKIT_v1.1\

This example is demo software, but please be aware that it has not been tested extensively. However, it could serve as a place to get started with your own driver. Since the F2802x & F2806x are very similar from a core/peripheral standpoint, porting should be quite feasible.

Also be aware you that some of our newer devices, like F28004x, have a CLB peripheral. Using the CLB to help interface to DMX512 might result in a cleaner driver/interface.

Correct, RDM was not implemented in that example. You'd need to implement this yourself.
