When I use this kit, the senseless algorithms all work normally.
But in lab12, the motor does not rotate. Then I toggle the motor by hand. The motor rotates at about 5 RPM (without obvious shaking) and makes a sharp noise. In the speed control experiment of lab12b, the motor also rotates at low speed and makes sharp noise, the speed is not adjustable.
The encoder wiring has been confirmed to be correct by manually turning the motor to check the QEP register value. The motor phase sequence has been exchanged, and the result is still as above. Observation variables“ gMotorVars.Speed_ Krpm "is a very small value, which is consistent with the low speed situation. Variable "gmotorvars_ SpeedQEP_ Krpm "is a larger value.
What are the possible reasons for this situation?
