Customer is using F28377S SDFM mode0(using GPIO input qualification: 3-sample window) with AMC1303. In F2837xS datasheet, the maximum value of pulse duration for SD_Cy is 6*SYSCLK period:
Since the SYSCLK period is 5ns, so the maximum value should be 30ns.
But AMC1303's clock which will input to SDFM is 10MHz and the pulse duration is 50ns which is larger than the maximum value of SD_Cy.
Would you please kindly help whether this kind of application will cause errors or not? Thanks!
