MSP430 custom BSL debug error

Hi,

My target is MSP430F5529 & IDE is IAR EWB,  I am developing a custom BSL which will not have any communication, it just need to check for new firmware on external EEPROM  & load it to flash.  I changed the file "BSL430_Low_Level_Init.s43"  available in example MSP430F552x 00.05.84.34 to disable USB functionality.

I could able to build completely. Now when I try to debug without downloading, I am getting the error "Illegal op-code found on address 0x0". I have unchecked the run to main option in Debugger selection. Please suggest what could be the problem.
