You cancheck the wire between MSP-GANG and MCU, if this wire too long will have some error.
And self test should will report some comments, you can refer this comments to find the root cause.

This time, the customer has already performed the Self Test by connecting the MSP-GANG to the USB port of the PC, but it seems that the Self Test cannot be performed in the first place as shown below.
Is this purely a problem with the USB port of the PC?

The customer has two MSP-GANGs. One of them is HW Revision 1.04, and the other one is HW Revision 1.05, which they purchased this time.They purchased both of them from us.
According to the customer's report, the customer's one PC (BBC-1010-H7D-W7) does not show any information on the Self Test for both MSP-GANGs, as shown in the previous result.
However, when the customer ran the Self Test on another PC (SIMATIC IPC647C), the result was working fine as below.
Therefore, I feel that the connection between the USB port of the PC (BBC-1010-H7D-W7) used by the customer and the MSP-GANG may be causing some problems, but have there been any reports of similar phenomena?

I agree with you, maybe the issue is cause by MSP-GANG driver in PC (BBC-1010-H7D-W7), you can try to uninstall this driver and install again.

I think this is not the USB wire issue, this should USB driver not install normal, you can check if there are MSP-GANG-CDC port in device manager.
When you connect USB&RS232, maybe the communication is through RS232, thus you can get self test pass information.

And I find you can read the DLL software version in USB and USB+RS232, could you try to check if you can update this firmware via MSP-GANG GUI?
And just would like to check one thing: This issue only occur this PC? Do you try to another PC? I see you have been tried in two PC(BBC-1010-H7D-W7 & SIMATIC IPC647C), Have you tried a third PC? I just want to confirm that this is a common issue, or just follow this PC.
