MSP430F5436A: MSP430F5436A stalled while increasing Vcore

Hello

With some MSP430F5436A and sometimes, the MSP430F5436A stay stalled while increase VCORE.

After many researches around the clock, it appears that my issue is related to the inscrease of VCORE. This appears randomly and only on few mSP430F5436A. We never saw it of previous PCBA which use hte MSP430F5419A.

Here is the code extract or oscilloscope picture:

I will try to increase VCORE by 2 steps : level 1 then level 2.

Do you have any other suggestions?

    It seems that I used a too old function to increase VCORE (do not remember where I found it...)

    It ramdomly produces issue with some microcontroler sometimes and depending of previous code.

    Now I use the last code exemple functions and it seems that the issue desapeares. I need to confirm on many products
