Table 6-45, "Memory Organization," on page 133 of this microcontroller's data sheet (SLAS789), shows a set of addresses that are called "Boot Memory (ROM)." It also shows another set of addresses that are called "Bootloader (BSL) Memory (ROM)."

No they are separate. The boot code is stored in boot memory. This space contains the stored calibration values of the oscillator and reference voltages.
To get a well rounded and complete understanding, I would checkout the user guide.
On the MSP430FR6989 User Guide, see sections 1.9 - 1.11. I would also ctrl F "boot" since the are many different things to read about.
