Just wanted to give an update to anyone who might be having this same problem after trying all the steps in the thread below:

We bought a new one and that fixed the issue. No idea what was causing it, might have just been faulty hardware. I will note we did update the firmware on the broken one as soon as we got it. That version is 1.03.06.00.

We didn't update the FW on the new one. The working one has FW 1.03.03.00. Not going to try updating it any time soon.

    Hi Cody,

    Thank you for the update. I'm glad your MSP-GANG is working now.

    I believe the MSP-GANG I'm using is running v1.03.06.00 of the firmware, and has not seen any issues. If your setup is working for you right now I think its fine not to update. 

    Feel free to post again if you have any other issues.
