I'm trying to measure voltage using the MSP430F2132s ADC10 Module.

I've been looking for a datasheet where I can find

possible sources of error, like e.g. non liniarity-errors, offset-errors, gain-errors and so forth, but havn't been succesfull yet.

Can enybody here help me?
