It depends on if you have enabled in the USS_userConfig.h that USS_ENABLE_ABSTOF_LOBE_OFFSET_CORRECTION and USS_ALG_VFR_CALIB_MODE

When you check the box "Adv calibration table". The volume flow result will be displayed by the calibrated results based on the calibration method and calibration parameters as your configuration. Which will use USS_meterVFRCalibFlow.h for calibration. 

Without checking the box, the volume flow result is displaying the uncalibrated VFR result.

We identified that all our problems came because we used the template code of 6043, when we burned the template code 6047 on our board everything worked out.

This goes against what you recommended us to do (because there is an msp50431 on our board)
I would appreciate it if you refer to the following link to the conversation with Dylan about the difference and why the code of 6043 does not work.

The template code for 6043 is designed for gas meter application. The excitation signal logic is different between gas and water meters. So, I keep asking you to use an oscilloscope to check the excitation signals and the receive signals in the other post. It could tell us what went wrong on your board.

There is a difference in the code between 6043 and 6047. The excitation signal may not be the same. If the excitation signal is not the same, the receive signal will also be different.

So I'm trying to understand what causes this difference in the code?
So what is the difference between template code 6047 to 6043?
After all, in both when I tried I used the same USS_Config.h
