Is its programming function affected?

Normally CCS will automatically update its firmware. 

Yes, but we think the problem is internal on the JTAG, because either it's conected or not the red led is on 

I'm not sure if this is the solution, I mean I did it and the FET is working now, but that also happens when I restart my pc

Is there a fixed way to definitely reproduce it? If you can fix it via updating firmware, then you may need to check the environment(software, driver...)

So you cannot resolve the problem via updating firmware? And when you use another FET it works well?

Then I think it should be a hardware issue.
