MSP430FR6043: meter constant

Y is the flow rate that your reference meter shows, and represents the actual flow measured in the pipe by the reference meter. X is the flow rate measured by the MSP device. M1 is the meter constant that you are currently using. M2 is the resulting meter constant that you get from the provided equation. You can use any starting value M1, perform a test measuring flow rate using the MSP and the reference meter, and then with the values you get you can calculate the new meter constant.

The default meter constant for the gas meter is arbitrary, when the application was developed we set it to some feasible mid-range value knowing that our customers would need to change this.
