MSP430FR6047: Latest version of the USS library to program the MSP430FR6047 evaluation board

Dear Engineers,

I'm working on MSP430FR6047 evaluation board and for the first time i could succesfully implement an metering test with the initial firmware on the chip.

Then, I downloaded many other test programs for training purposes on the EVB. Now I want to download the same firmware as I bought the EVB. Would you please let me know where I can download it?

I tried this frimware:

But, it seems it is different than the inital firmware. Are these two fimrwares the same? if not how can I get the inital vesrion of the firmware? (the one that when you buy the borad, you have it on the chip)

In the datasheet it is mentioned you can download it form here:

But when I go to the link, I can not find the frmware:(Here I can just see several exe files, not a frimware )

Download and install this one. The demo project is in there after installation.

Hi,

After you install this .exe file. In the CCS, click->project->Import CCS projects->browse the installation location of the .exe file. Than click select folder. You will find those projects in the discovered projects. Select one project than click Finish.

I used the mentioned firmware and it seems LED3 is light up, waning there is an error, the error is as follows:

Would you please let me know how can I can fix this?

It seems other people also have had this issue:

This issue is not harware related, it is firmware, considering this board was working fine without any issue 2 weeks ago, with the deafult firmware, but with the new firmware, there is this error.

Hi,

Please try to replace the cap C11 and C12 with 30pF. And run the project again.
