MSP430FR2475: Firmware Upgrade Feature in TI based Design

Can you please guide how this upgrade will take place? Because the OTA through LAN is not possible in our hardware design. Our requirement is for the firmware upgrade in MCU (MSP430-FR-2475)  through any serial interface (e.g. UART) without using MSP-FET debugger.

As per the document, UART can be used to upgrade the firmware. Are there any sample codes available for the same? And we are also looking for the security can be implemented before accessing and performing the firmware upgrade in MSP430-FR-2475 MCU. Can you please guide on the same?
