Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH, TIDA-01486
Tool/software:
Hi,
Out of the box, I used the Uniflash tool to load the .txt firmware onto the board (version 2.40). Using the USS application, I could connect to the board and receive signals.
I wanted to use the TIDA-01486 "hat" and needed to update the firmware. Using Code Composer with the USS_Water_Demo fimrware example, I flashed the board. Once I tried to connect to the board with USS, it threw an error: "More that[sic] one HID device with the same VID/PID detected. Only one device may be conntected[sic]."
I wanted to go back to the previous usage (with the provided .txt firmware and Uniflash)--I'm able flash the board with Uniflash, but I receive the same error when trying to connect with USS. The board appears to be working (blinking LED and the screen will turn on to indicate flow rate). Did I do something wrong when trying to flash custom firmware using Code Composer?
