MSP430FR6047: Powering Down Receive Path During Excitation — TIDA-01486 with MSP430FR6047

Part Number: MSP430FR6047
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-01486, EVM430-FR6047

Tool/software:

I'm working on a system that uses an implementation of the TIDA-01486 design with the MSP430FR6047.

In this thread, it's suggested to power down the receive path amplifier while the excitation signal is firing.

MSP430FR6047:  MSP430FR6047:When the TIDA-01486 was EVM430FR6047 connected, the ADC did not capture the correct waveform very well

However, in the firmware—which is largely based on the EVM430-FR6047 reference—I don’t see a straightforward way to implement this. The excitation signals for UPS and DNS appear to be triggered by interrupts, so there's no clear place to toggle the receive amplifier power-down (PD) pins.

Any suggestions or guidance on how to implement this functionality would be greatly appreciated.
