Team, working with a customer on this device. Looking for worst case timing for the conditions below:

PN: MSP430FR5969IRGZT

Temperature: -40 to 63 deg

Storage Life of the part: 30 years

Operational life: 60mins

Let me know if you need any other parameters

We are running the internal oscillator for 300ms then switching to the external oscillator for more precise timing.

To clarify further, we are needing information about MSP430FR5969 VLO on-chip oscillator worst-case start-up timings, which are not documented in the datasheet. The question is how long after power-up or reset does it take for VLO to be stable in the worst-case.
