Hello,

I want to check level of water in beaker using EVM 430 FR6047 with single transducer, My transducer has 2.1 Mhz frequency. I have used USS GUI for finding flow of liquid. Can you please share the configuration parameters required for measuring level with one transducer. I have also a doubt regarding USS GUI, the same Gui used for flow measurement can be used in level also, and How the Level can be measured from the TOF waveform

Hi Alan,

The parameter will reply on transducer and position, you need use USS Design Center to debug then found a better para,

And for Water level sensing, I think your transduce should assembly above on water surface, thus ultrasonic will cross air and echo to transducer, we will recommend 500KHz or 200KHz transducer.

Hi Alan,

This GUI only design for flow meter, if you want use USS for level sensing, you just need care AbsTOF value is fine.

Hi Alan,

This GUI cannot use for level measurement, don't have this feature.

If you want use USS for level sensing, you just need use AbsTOF in this GUI is fine, then calculate the distance use D = TOF * Speed/2
