MSP430FR6047: Thermal testing and uncalibrated flow testing.

Part Number: MSP430FR6047

here are the configuration for my setup:

Following the tutorial I did a thermal cycling first. Let me know if this looks good?

-10 C                                     20 C to -10 C

20 C                                        -10 C to 20 C

75 C                                        20 C to 75 C

Then I did non-calibrated flow rate testing, and I ran into a few hickups
I ran a test below these 2 imge are of the same test, but I zoomed in on the flow rate on the second image

I am using a low flow rate electric pump to testing a low noise low flow rate configuration, but with my pump right at the time I begin to spray I am seeing errors popup in the following image. I am also sometimes seeing a drop ont the dToF and the flow rate for an instant after beginning to let flow through the tube.

Here are the errors I am seeing at the beginning of turing on flow

Thia is the pump I am using for low flow rate testing.

My main question is how do my thermal plots / ADC plots look, and how can I mitigate the errors that I am seeing in flow rate testing and the actual GUI errors that I am getting?
