I have sourced clock from pin 95 of my controller
How much jitter is acceptable which would not impact by flow accuracy

According to me that is the way we can measure jitter

We do not have related data of the impact of clock jitter on the final measurement results, but if you use the similar crystal as EVM430-FR6047, generally you will get the accuracy which stated in the https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slaa837a/slaa837a.pdf chapter 1.2 if have proper settings.

Resonator is used in EVM430fr6047 not crystal
So from your statement can i conclude if i use same resonator than i can achieve the accuracy which you mentioned.
And can you specify the accuracy

Sorry for the typo, it is resonator.
Since the water flow measurement is a systematic project, it hard to directly give a final accuracy because except the measurement, also need to consider your meter design, transducer, calibration, etc. However, in our device part, we have provided some important spec in the datasheet like <25ps dTOF accuracy which directly affects flow calculation.

I believe this thread MSP430FR6043: High precision water meter has given a good explanation of the accuracy, you can refer to that.
