Why MSP430G2x53( and many others) called the Mixed signal controller?? Is it because they have ADC?

Yes, that and a Comparator in many cases... some non-value-line MSP430s have a DAC too I think. I think the term was coined back in 1992(?) when they first came out, so bear that in mind (and now those features are very common across many competitors' products too)
