This image shows a 4 layers board connected to PC via USB/RS485 and debugged with shown interface at work.
I always get this error when trying to stop debugger:
MSP430: Trouble Halting Target CPU: Internal error
If firmware runs in main() debugger works; if programmed and the interface is detached, board works properly.
Maybe RS485 is disturbing interface ? 2.2nF is across RST/NMI/SBWTDIO and 27pF is on pin TEST/SBWTCK, and 1uF on +.3.3v of Jtag 5 pins connector.
