Check the MSP430 dfriver library. You should find a link on the MSp product page (follow the links that the forum created on your MSP part names in your own post)

i want use this function:

EEPROM_AckPolling(); // Wait for EEPROM write cycle

I need only files routines.h and routines.c. Is it such a big problem to send? MSP430Ware - do not want to download, because is problem at website.

Yes - because I don't have them here. I'd have to download and install MSP430Ware while I don't need it, just to extract the files for you.

What problem? I haven't heard of a problem recently - and there are many people downlaoding this, so surely some of them would have posted here if there were a problem.
But maybe you have a problem on your side (really old browser, netowrk filter, export restrictions to your country - you don't write which kind of problems you have)
