Hello,

is there any detailled site that describes how to flash a compilled program through the FRAM board? i am aware, that the programming interface is thge same as the launchpad. if i compile in CCS the code and click on the debug button, the error message:

'Launching Patch Programmer' has encountered a problem.

Source lookup: unable to restore CPU specific source container - expecting valid source container id value.

****************

i can compile, but can not flash. i just want to update the dirver version of the cc3000.....

i would appreciate any help.

This wiki explains how to download the patch using MSP-EXP430FR5739: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC3000_Patch_Programmer

I tried downloading the code to my board and it worked fine on CCS 6.1.0. I don't have a CC3000, though.
Where exactly are you getting this error? And which version of CCS are you using?

Hi Luis,

yes I know the wiki you linked and I followed it too. Still it does not work. The CCS does not recognize the FRAM Board to flash the code into it. I am using Code Composer Studio 5.5.0. Even if I disconnect the CC3000 from the board, the debug option is not available becaus of the error I posted before.

Can you give it a try?

You could also try doing a clean build rebuild all), and re-importing a new clean version of the projects.

thanks for your post. I tried it now with the MSP430 flasher and opened an another thread.
