I have an MSP430 that I was trying to use to sample a 5kHz sine wave. When I look at the serial port view on Energia and when I imputed it into lab view it appears to be only sampling 3-4 times each wavelength. Is this because the USB cable cannot transfer fast enought. I have access to a MSP432 as well and am wondering if I will achieve any better results. With 1M sames a second I should have plenty of samples. Any guidance on how to get this data to my computer. Ultimately I want it in lab view.
