There's a DAC in 10-bit ADC10 module, but why wasn't it wired out? One 9-bit DAC is better than NONE.
One does not simply add wires into the ADC module. The most complex part is not the DAC itself, but the logic controlling it; it would be much easier to add an independent DAC to the MCU.
