Hello sir,

i just now started using msp430f5239 controller. But in that i am problem at debug time. It show FET / device not found. firstly i used MSP-exp430G2 but after study various form i stared using MSP-FET430UIF, but in that it shows Security Fuse Blown. Can any body help me to solve this problem.

Hi Janki!

Can you show the connections you made between processor and FET. And the hardware around the MSP430?
Maybe you have a complete schematic?

No sir i m not having any physical schematic. but 2 wire JTAG connection is there

Is the FET tool listed in your device manager without exclamation mark?

Ya sir i got my solve .
problem is only in connection 4 wire JTAG connection is required
